  3. 03Discovery + Working Pilot

    Map the rules and put one bounded improvement into real use.

    We document the relevant people, rules, exceptions, systems, and handoffs. Then we build one small, low-effort, high-return module to trial against real work, not a slide deck or an open-ended transformation project.

  4. 04Observe + decide

    Usually 2–4 weeks

    Use evidence from the operation, not optimistic estimates.

    We review the pilot around weeks 1 and 2, and again around week 4 when the observation window calls for it. We fix defects, record exceptions, and compare the result with the agreed measure.

  5. 05Rollout + operation

    A broader build connects the proven module to the rest of the workflow, adds the right approvals and monitoring, and documents how the system is operated. The full Discovery + Working Pilot fee is credited when you proceed with the rollout.

Managed plans define included usage and make consumption visible. Depending on the workflow, controls can pause optional activity, enforce a hard cap, allow a capped overage, or permit approved additional usage.

Critical paths are designed with deterministic fallbacks and human escalation where practical; the proposal documents the actual recovery behavior instead of promising perfect uptime.
